Well since I highly doubt you have gone through posting an escort ad on backpage. They delete pictures that violate their TOS - and sometimes delete pics that "almost" violate the TOS.  That picture violates it, believe me. Pics like that on ads are illegal. lol

I agree, probably not LE. As it is illegal content. I am sure the cops as well could get in trouble with this, entrapment, there is 2257 etc. as well as to the person who owns the pic.
