I'm looking to rent a Sybian for my girlfriend. Does anyone know of one near Charlotte or close in N.C.

It's like doing a test drive before you buy if you know what I mean.  Is it something that really does what you think or is it all talk.

Absolutely, since I'd wash them and wear them with my own clean underwear. Given the construction of a Sybian, that's a closer metaphor. As long as you bring your own attachments and clean/sterilize the machine between uses, it should be no less risky than a rest area toilet seat.
