You need to do your homework first and make sure the lady is reputable.  

She needs to at the very least require references to see you  (or verify who are thru other methods) all to ensure that you aren't likely to rob her, arrest her, chop her up in pieces etc when you arrive.  

If she doesn't ask you amything/doesn't care who you are that should really concern you. And you have ask yourself what you might really be walking into.  

LE checks are a myth that just won't die.  

Touching each others jink to prove you arent a cop or sking you if you're a cop and you have to say yes if you are- FALSE.    

And if one of you is- once you're in the room you're done. Doesn't matter whether you've actually done anything, put the $ down, or not, etc, etc.  

Hence.... real screening.....

I was gonna suggest that she just be asked if she is LE, you know the HONOR PROGRAM) just watch out for her having one hand behind her back with her fingers crossed so that she does not lie) That would be a big violation of the HONOR CODE!!! Grabbing crotches might get you arrested(  O, heck, when in Charlotte, just see Melissa) While I just wrote you a manual on how to devour a Kitty, I forgot to ask you about a lady I introduced to you a few back. I had a provider tell me about her gun after the fact - she was packing for sure and the lady could take care of herse;f

Research. The first thing you need to do if you are new to this is go over to the newbie board and introduce yourself. Then read what they tell you to.  
Use google to search the phone number, and read what you find.
Use Google image and "tineye" to search the images. Learn to interpret the results, or get help.
Learn how to both display and trace message headers and interpret the results.

The things you can do goes on for ever, but on a serious note do every thing I said except the message header thing. and if you are a reasonable distance from CLT just see the ladies that responded to you from there, I do believe they would love to be your guide, if you pass screening.
Then ask them after what their recommendations are while you are in their presence.  

Short answer is to see reputable, reviewed ladies and stop over thinking it.

I saw one that I am sure carries all the time she can. I did not ask because she does not like to mix hobbies on the first date, wants to get to know you better before she shares something so intimate as her hand gun and her marksmanship scores. SMH and smile at the things we keep private or not.

This is a really good point -- while screening can seem cumbersome and sometimes slow, it's really for everyone's benefit. Some amount of screening indicates to me:
-- Professionalism
-- Risk awareness
-- Comfortable not meeting the 'on demand' client
-- Takes the pleasurable experience seriously by taking care of safety first

For the same reason, photos and well-written copy on the website matter to me. It's an indicator of seriousness. Naturally YMMV, but for me, it's a useful initial screening mechanism of my own.
