"Available now" on Eros

It goes without saying that, for the most part, ladies aren't likely lounging about their incalls in thong, heels, and full makeup just waiting for some guy to contact her asking, "May I see you right now?"

Therein lies my confusion with the green dot "Available now" on Eros; I was hoping that some of the ladies out there would provide your thoughts on what that means - available for a session when that is showing? Booking appointments during that time? OK  with being asked about a short notice appointment, even if it doesn't work out? Just around for a few days and letting the fellas know it?

Thank you for thoughtful replies!

Honestly, there's no way of indicating "available between x and y" except P411 unfortunately, so at least for me it means available today with a couple hours notice. There might be others sitting there all prepped for a session, but I don't have the time to sit around wasting if no one is going to book me. Now there might be some of course that just happen to be ready at that exact time... Once in a while I am, but most of the time, need at least a bit of notice. I like to be fresh for anyone I see.

Oddly for me, I DID spend some time this week in my hotel room lounging around in my lingerie, but that was after appointments and I had other work to do. Luckily my co-workers aren't demanding drop-of-the-hat videoconferences yet (and hopefully never will). And yes, even if I did get a call from a gentlemen who was able to complete screening immediately, I would want some time to freshen up before he showed up.

I do have a friend in DC who does get all tarted up and who hangs around in downtown bars, waiting for late-night last-minute calls. I think that business model really is the exception rather than the rule.

I tend to turn on "Available Now" when I am able to correspond about short-notice appointments. For me, "short notice" means later on that same day, after an hour or so (and sometimes more) to get ready.

Same day availability with a few hours of notice, as I need time to complete screening and get dressed. Usually this is for when I’m touring or teleworking or when I have time after business hours, since I work full time during the day at present.

At the very least, it means i will be able to send an immediate response to an inquiry via email.

To add on to the poster above, the annoying thing about P411 Available Now is that you must log in every hour UGH

Just as the other ladies said it means I am available today, I am taking appointments. I definitely prefer a bit of notice or at least that I can have a bit of time to get ready and if I am seeing a new client I need time for screening.

That the provider is available for immediate correspondence. One thing I have noticed is more and  more providers are stating that "Available Now" means they are available to correspond with you to set up an appointment for the following day if they do not do same day appointments. For someone like me that has a full-time civilian career, it often means that I have some free time to correspond & possibly set something up for later that evening if I am free & my Assistant can complete your screening.

One action I strongly encourage the users of Eros to do is when looking at an advertisement, even if you do not read the WHOLE advert (never understood why an individual wouldn't read it), ALWAYS scroll towards the bottom. You'll notice a separate box that is sort of a "disclaimer" section. Typically in that area of the advert you'll find info that says "text or email only" or their definition of "available now". Often my phone will start ringing & then stop. I'll immediately get an apology text because the person ended up reading the ad & read that I prefer text. It's rather amusing.
