No legal issues in Canada compared to USA, as long as you do not chase street-walkers. There are plenty of great agency girls for less than $200 an hour, though we do have high-end, mostly independents, that ask for $300 or more. The economy is down so business is low and you can negotiate. I send you a pm with recommendations.
