Has anyone ever used this agency?  any information as to reputation and who is good?

If you take a look at terb.ca you'll see a lot of discussion of this agency.  Very few locals use them because their prices are higher than average and their girls tend to offer more restrictive services. The general view of the locals is that Cachet markets itself primarily to visitors, who are attracted to their good-looking women, but who aren't aware that much more liberal services are available for much less money with other agencies and indies.
