Does it seem likely to pass? (I'm trying to decide whether to speed up a planned trip to Canada.)

The consensus on most industry boards is that it will likely pass. Sept there will be a third reading to iron out any last minute amendments etc... They have until Dec to finalize and officially pass it as law. Hope that gives you some sort of gauge as to when to book your tickets. Jas.

Have no clue. Third reading takes place Sept 9.
