To answer your question, the current government has until December to pass the bill so you still have plenty of time. That being said, it is a known fact that this bill will be challenged if passed almost immediately and will very likely be thrown out by the same Supreme court judge that threw out the previous laws. It is very clear that Bill c-36 is not meeting the main requirement which is to protect women in the industry.  

If by any chance this new set of laws would be implemented, which I doubt, by strictly arranging meetings with reputable companions you will never have an issue. Do the same research you would normally do on this review board and on google searches and avoid potential bait and switch ads and you will never have an issue.
