I'll be visiting Vancouver from the States and was wondering if anyone has feedback on Madame Cleo's or the Swedish Touch.  Are they just massage parlors?  A post on one of their forums seemed to indicate that anything other than a massage would not be legal.  Thanks.

The donations listed are for the room fee and massage.  You negotiate with the lady privately.  I believe it is the standard 1/2/3.
