I'm glad your experience was so positive.  I never had much doubt that Heidi's pix were accurate and I believed her service would be good, which is why I set up the appointment.  I know this can be a difficult business for providers, so I've forgiven other providers who failed to show and continued to see them.

What really stunned me was first, after missing the appointment -- even if she genuinely felt it hadn't been properly confirmed -- it was clear that she had no intention of returning my phone calls (remember: she only called back when she saw my unrecognizable cell phone number).  Second, when we did speak, there was absolutely no hint of contrition; rather just an accusation (with an attitude) that I had somehow been in the wrong.

If she had expressed any hint of regret over the mixup I'm sure I would have given her another chance and rescheduled.  But to run into an attitude -- especially after I had changed the time of the appointment to accommodate her request -- was just over the top.

In all the conversations I've had with Heidi she has conveyed a cocky (no pun intended), almost arrogant attitude, as if she's doing you a favor by allowing any contact with her (it took three voicemail messages to reach her the first time).  I've no doubt that a woman with her looks will continue to attract customers with no problem.  It's too bad, though, that some of us will be left to experience her attitude and unreliability, rather than her more positive attributes.  It's easy to explain since she's so young.  A little bit of humility and grace would turn her into more of a woman, though.
