That was a great episode of Buffy and an intriguing quote about how passion can be both wonderful and awful, but without it what would drive us...I hope to meet you one day soon.

I actually never watched Buffy or any of Whedons creations until someone forwarded me this quote that is when my curiousity was piqued. What I had written off a just a teen angst fantasy show seemed to have something interesting going on just below the surface, I love when a show/book/movie surprises me with some depth.

That is much too coincidental.  I also had ignored the show when it was airing for the same reasons.  Only when I caught an episode on repeats that showed actual depth did I pay attention.  Very intriguing.  It seems we share a bit of simpatico.  I'm looking forward to my next trip to Toronto!
