Ah, the New England seashore on a hot day in any type of watercraft- cold beer in the cooler, a little red bikini- I realized when I woke up from this dream I have not seen the ocean since August!

I'm homesick!!

Winters are long and hard on boat/ocean/lake summer people. But we do appreciate a summer day when they finally come, ephemeral as they are.  

The ocean is angry looking today. I froze my ass off today on a project down the Cape. It was sleeting. The ocean looked like no place I wanted my boat today. But its beautiful that way, too.

On the plus side! No traffic at the bridge! I played Reggae in the car on the way home to help usher in warmth. Thank me next week, won't you?
