Good luck finding an 18 year old.  I’ve never seen a local  one in that age range    
Yes the proliferation of online sex work has made gateway for 18-19 less likely to get into prostitution.  
They are more likely to use OF, SnapChat or other social media

You just won't find them here. Sharing their info would just turn them jaded sooner.
