Really Lamont? Some of us aren't as paranoid as you despite the occasional very bad apple in this business. While I certainly don't give out my information freely there are fairly easy ways to keep information private if one is concerned. Anyone who buys their own hosting for a web designer will run into the same problem.

I ran into the same trouble a few weeks ago and had never been able to put the emblem up on my site's first page because the hosting service I use for my site doesn't make it readily apparent how to do so.
