Heard this on WBZ on the way home this evening.. it hasn't hit their website yet: Apparently someone has set up two websites with lists of men accused of not paying, threatening or abusing escorts. All the men deny it (both the specifics and hiring a provider in the first place), and there's hints that it might be an attempt at threatening blackmail (some men have reported being called with an offer to be removed from the list for a couple thousand dollars).

This should not be taken with a grain of salt, you don't have much to lose but what about the guy on the list who are not single, what happen to them when their wife or families friends or co workers read it. You think they are just going to blow it off like it's not big deal.
Look the person who made this list did not randomly pick out names from the phone book or out of the blue.
There is a reason their names are on the list. Maybe the person doing the list is seeking revenge on these man for some reason. But to post all their personal information on the net for everybody to see, and on top if it accuse them without proof, is flat out wrong. It doesn't matter if there is no surveillance video or anything like that, just having your name on this list is bad enough.
The old saying of "Innocent until proven Guilty" doesn't float any more, these men are going to look guilty no matter what the outcome is. The public shame, the divorces, this could lead to, The hell these guys kids are going to go threw.

I don't know if the guys are on that list for REALLY doing something wrong, but, i'm sure it's already starting to have negative effects on these guys.
If the guys are innocent and it's detroying they lives....man, that's fucked up.
I have been present while gals do screening on a potential client, and that almost always includes checking out the various black list sites. In one case a gal found a lot of negative (not dangerous but annoying stuff like cancelling, etc.), and still decided to see the person.
I asked why, and she said because the gal who put down all the negative stuff is known to do that to her clients if she has the slightest beef with them or (and this is really not uncommon), she wants to prevent her client from seeing other gals so the client will see her more often.
The sad thing about this story is that if it never saw light of day, these guys would not be negatively affected. Now that it is front page news, everyone from their pastor to their newsboy is going to look these names up and start whispering about them.
Honestly, I don't know what can be done about things like this.

I remember alerted me of a handle closed to fonz04 but I have never used this handle. I think the reason this became news was because of a case that just went thru a local court.
Blacklists have been discussed extensively on the GD board. Just do a search there if you need info.
Those lists are supposedly set up to protect providers, but they don't do that. All they are interested in is sucking in money from any and all sources, including providers who pay for VIP membership.
Providers with short tempers (and/or love drama) can and will blacklist a guy for NCNS, being a "time waster" (which means he called but did not set up appointment)...or whatever reason they feel like. Other providers continue seeing men who are on the list, but their personal lives can get trashed because these lists are open to anyone, and the personal info on these lists comes up on google searches.

i found my personal information on that website years ago . it was put on there due to anger by a well known asian hooker from colorado . she actually said one of her friends put it on there . one aspect of looking up my name was , my name came up in bold letters , but the guy below me on the list , his info came up , too . so , my name , his info , which was , " beats and rapes prostitutes " . After I 'outed ' the author of the report , it was one of the biggest threads I've ever seen . I still thank the 99% of you who were on my side and , J , you still suck . ......

Not the National Blacklist...but "that" other list is obviously an agency client list OR the list of a booker who worked with multiple companions?
There is no independent on earth who has culled that volume of information- not unless she's been at work for twenty five years.
That website appeared in its original incarnation on Blogger a few months after Miami Companions went down. The person on that website identifies "herself" as a former telephone answerer for a major service. Anyone who used to call Miami Companions for a reference knows that they provided us (unsolicited) full name, phone number, home addresses, preferences, how often they used the service etc.
Interstate agencies and these telephone personalities who book for multiple providers in various incarnations over the span of years are the people who collect that kind deep of information - not local independents who KNOW the scope of things here and don't need such things to book an appointment.
I have many clients who appeared on that list, included one who was my lover for quite some time. It hurt me deeply, I exhausted myself trying to figure out how to get them off without writing the site and having them post my email thereby confirming that I had met them and doing more damage. There is not a single client of mine that was on that list who did anything wrong, ever (in fact some of the very BEST clients were put there).
Oh and another thing Fonzerelli, if you don't mind me mentioning- I've met you. On that entry about him? That's not even his picture!
That's how I KNEW that site was operated by someone who isn't even in the bedrooms working!
Some of these guys were contacted for money!
This is just plain extortion by a criminal and one I'm almost 100% certain isn't a working girl.
No, what you've got here is someone who was peripheral to Miami Companions in some capacity OR one of these telephone personalities who books for touring girls who has either gone haywire or let their information get hacked. Several of my clients said they were MC clients, a couple were outliers and said they were not which leads me to think it may have been an individual booker's list. But these telephone jobs are fluid with bookers changing names and markets frequently and that list could be a combination of both.
Why would a local sabotage this market?

Not all of us are keen on having to traverse the country on the circuit to support ourselves if for some reason this market blew up and I can't think of any local who could possibly have such an extensive client list (remember that this is said by the site owner to be a fraction of the names) YET is SO ANGRY or had such a BITTER end here that "she" would do something like this.
This isn't the first time this has been said or suggested so I'm not targeting you with these comments but I really think that entire line of conversation needs to be nipped in the bud.
I'm sad that some opportunist journalists saw a sensational story (because everyone loves a smutty story about sex work and the men who patronize us) and I'm sad this was blown out of the water before it could be quietly removed.
But MOST local providers who have been around for a time really try to do right by you guys and its not fair that we get vilified for something we had nothing to do with!

The person who's posting all of that information happily identified herself as someone who worked for MC. The fact that she has emails and such to "back up her claims" tells me she planned this from the start. It truly hurts everyone. It makes it a lot harder for me to screen people because this nut job decided she was some how "helping the greater good." What a load of crap and a huge pain in the ass for all of us who screen for people.
Myself and a lot of other ladies made countless attempts to contact her to have perfectly good people removed from there but we were all unsuccessful. I haven't heard that anyone has actually even gotten a response from her. I'm sure some people gave into extortion just to get off the list. But seriously, this list ruins lives beyond repair. It's caused divorces and and loss of family, custody rights to their children, and friendships. What a shame. No one wins when these things happen.
As far as locally involved? I say no way. No one locally would have that much info for years at a clip, not anyone I can think of would be dumb enough to hang onto peoples information like that. Please don't condemn your local Indy's for such behavior.

I have seen and heard a lot of things in my time as a provider I wish I hadn't.
But this is some cold shit. This is the most ruthless thing I've ever seen in this business to affect a number of people collectively. This issue has been at a slow boil for over a year and now that its risen to the media I'm afraid that its going to get worse for many before it gets better. Like I've already said, someone that I've loved in the past was affected by it, and many more who have treated me well and who I've enjoyed have been affected by it- some of the finest men I've ever known inside or outside of this business.
But I think that people need to put on their thinking caps instead of reaching for the most obvious answer and creating hysteria by casually saying "it has to be someone local" like that shit is in the Bible.
Because the simple fact that the site owner is posting pictures of clients - that aren't really them, meaning they've never actually SEEN them - tells me that a) a third party booker - be it an agency or individual screener has lost their fucking minds and are trying to extort people or b) Someone's information got hacked by an individual who has knowledge of the business but isn't an actual provider.
How is it that so many names appear on that list that aren't on the NBL? Hmm? We can rule out it being a case of a busy body provider spiriting names away from other resources I think because a lot of the material there is not listed anywhere else!
So if it looks to be too much information for an individual (and it most certainly does), and they identify themselves as a former staffer of a large Florida based agency (and "she" does), and if this person has NO idea what these men actually look like....then what pray tell do you suggest is going on???
I'm no profiler but I will say that there is a real degree of anger present in some of the posts that sound like a woman and also sound like a person who has a real disdain for the men involved in this business. Couple that with the fact that they're attempting to extort people...well it sounds to me like a laid off screener who simultaneously hates clients but needs and feels entitled to their money. I've worked with some of these people- you'd be real surprised what kind of personalities are on the other end of the phone and how they feel about both working providers and our clients! There are the good ones who are consummate non-judgemental professionals (*usually former providers)- but there are a lot of unhinged ones who are attracted to the money, ease of the work and but have no sense of real respect for the people involved in this business. A lot of screeners are just plain sociopaths.
I've seen screeners call every single hotel in a major city to find and have their former girl kicked out or arrested, I've seen them admit that they find providers and clients alike disgusting. Well when you hand over your information on the telephone to someone you don't know these are sometimes the people you are trusting.
They've never worked - they have no allegiance to us, our clients or this business. Think about that.
Anyway, I know for a fact that some men have been pursuing private options and beginning the litigation process over this in the past several months. However, a real problem to me is how many are waiting for someone else more powerful or who has the means to take care of it instead of communicating with one another and finding the commonality (shared provider(s), shared agencies etc.)!!!
Someone needs to create a men's group on Yahoo or something or you guys who are listed need to grab your aliases if you've gone UTR over this and hit the Reviewer's Only board so that y'all can talk to one another and find out what the thread is between you guys!

kz1 responded with a possibility... If you do the math with some of the handles on that list, the common denominator is the provider that kz1 mentioned. I suspect that what ever reviews were up there may have been removed at the reviewer's request in the hopes that she might remove their information from the list...
As far as J goes, I don't know what went down between her and KZ1 so I can't speak to that or the common denominator factor in the name of our friendship. I'm not going to be dismissive of whatever lead to KZ1 being published on a blacklist- providers do make mistakes and often when those mistakes show up on the NBL they can't be taken back. KZ1 is obviously holding her responsible and accountable for that and everyone whose decision to spend time with her could hinge on that issue can speak to him or her directly.
But in my opinion no, I don't think that an active provider like herself would purchase an offshore site and aggressively post and repost people's legal identities, employment, spouse and and home information.
The fact is the lot of you generally travel in circles and packs in terms of taste. College / New / Petite lovers see the same providers. Fluffy girl lovers see the same providers. Hardbody MILF lovers see the same providers. It isn't surprising that J is among a lot of the listed's reviews- she is a very popular touring provider who is petite and beautiful. The same characteristics shared with the defunct MC and a lot of providers who tour heavily and share the same screeners.
Instead of the witchhunt for a visible, active provider (again, what provider would DECIMATE her own market- make sense of that please) people need to consider the other possibilities. Who isn't financially invested in this market? Who would have the access or time to collect all of that information (and when was the last time a local independent provider asked you for your home address? Exactly).
Oh, I don't know. Maybe an invisible unaccountable screener for touring providers or a defunct agency?
You guys need to band together and find the serious threads! We can't do it. You guys have to communicate with each other some way. It has been over a year that this has been going on, many of you relying on someone else to take care of it. Well now its really going down and its going to affect all of us.

Ally is dead on correct! There are absolutely common denominators at work here and it is going to deeply affect everyone. This is threatening the very core of what many of us hold dear, integrity! Privacy regarding bcd behavior and many of the men we know and care about have been threatened as have their families with this.
The only way to stop it is for you gents to get together and discuss it backchannel in an honest and forthcoming manner. Rumormongering and what if's aren't helping. No one should be harmed like this ever and it is the most vile and disgusting, truly lowest form of gutter snipe behavior I've ever seen. No one should be outing anyone ever! Any cause and effect???? To your other point, they are not interested in removing names or unearthing the truth. All they want is to exhort money from innocent people.
If I was a provider I would find out who is behind this and put a stop to it. Your livelihood might be at stake.
That site is hosted in Japan, and costs at least $600 a year to maintain.
The owner does not respond to requests for removal.
The site doesn't appear to have a paying subscriber base .
The site doesn't appear to have advertising revenue.
There is only one person that appears to be able to get your name off from the site.
There is a hefty charge that goes with the removal process.
Any email you send to that site requesting removal will instead be used to further link your email / real name/ IP address etc to the site.
Whoever is behind this is fairly good at websearch.
Places fake ads on BP and other sites as bait, and collects info from random working girls that do actually send info to that site.
They also troll the review sites for usernames that can be linked to an email address.
