Here are my findings:
A general search through the internet does not return any reference (no articles, web sites etc) to this e-mail address.  So my hunch would lead me to believe they are not real.  Additionally,  using the Yahoo moniker would lead me to believe it is a hoax.  And one more thing a reputable video company would send you some references if they were cold calling you.  That is my two cents

Adult Industry Does NOT Advertise for "Fluffers"!

I have a very good friend that works for Ed Powers out in Cali.  Ed makes a certain form of adult film and has worked in the industry for many years.  According to my friend, most adult film producers have plenty of volunteers to work as "fluffers" that do so in hopes of becoming actors over time.

Most fluffers ARE paid (even though they are "volunteers") a small fee for their efforts and usually get a part within 2-4 weeks of starting.  My friend works the camera for Ed and said that "fluffers" apply for the position and are invited in on an "as needed" basis.  Also, fluffers apparently are expected to "fluff" more than just the male actors, if you get my drift.  BTW, all fluffers are female; there are no male fluffers, even in the gay film industry.  Why this is, I have no idea, but according to my friend, it is a well-known fact.

Just my 2 cents and a contribution to the discussion.
