Something is very fishy imo, scam or possible reverse sting! check out the former website previously deactivated when the heat came to town, but now active ; google search for “Boston Elite Boutique” rates, providers etc. Lamont perhaps your tech expertise could shed some light on the models authenticity, or etc...

I suspect this falls into the "too good to be true" category. Caveat emptor.
