There should be a message to that effect that comes up each time you hit the send button.

This means that the moderator wants to read your posts before letting them become active to make sure you follow the rules.

In time once the mod comes to regard you as a good egg, you will be unmoderated and your posts will go right up.  If you post regularly, this should take a week or two.

You can also PM the mod and ask to have your moderation lifted.

Your posts were disapproved for being considered either a "shill" post, or an invalid mini-review.

While we do love the ladies and sometimes want to let the world know it, there's only 25 topic slots on the first page. Things would fill up very quickly, and ladies' ads would drop off if every guy posted a "shout out" about his favorite gal.
