What's happening the last few weeks, ad-wise? They're exploding.

Seems like BP has increased in adposting by, I dunno, 300% in the last month. Does this happen every year when the students come back, or what?

Boston is a big college town, with lots of poor struggling college students. Plus LE is doing lots of stings lately.

Read the local papers, or try riding the T. Here's one of the posters they have on the T.

It could simply be a disinformation campaign to make people afraid to respond to ads, but I doubt it. If they don't have reviews, and don't ask for screening info, and/or agree to whatever you say, I'd be suspicious. LE just want to get you there so they can arrest you. They'll agree to anything to just get you there, and they certainly aren't going to risk scaring you off by asking for screening info.

So our public servants, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that, the best way to keep pumps from beating their girls for not making quotas us to remove the customer.

That seem totally logical. Or at least it would if I were still 3 years old.

There was an article in the Harvard Journal of Law about it, and how it's the wrong focus (see attached).
