i guess i assumed they were not and would get out of biz if they found mr right. do there husbands know of their career?  maybe i am naive

Yes, there are several ladies whom are married with husbands who both know and actively support their gorgeous wives. These women have found a great way to find a nice balance in both their home and work lives. Their husbands are very secure and handsome men who are strong advocates of empowered sex workers and they do have regular 9-5's.  

What do they talk about? Gee did you pick up the dog from doggie daycare? Yep, did you pick up that antique chair we have no f'in room for? Yessah darling it's in the cah! What's fah suppah? Supta you....Okay call for Chinese....Don't forget about Mary's nieces' wedding we have to go... they are family....F#@k them we haven't seen them since 1998.....Oh cripes!

Other than that it usually amounts to the same old stuff, weekend plans made with friends, boating, fishing, at home projects, sex, food, and bills. Except we may have more sex. It's all about honesty if you love your mate and not lying about who you are or what you do in the first place.

I can imagine it must be more difficult for a "civie" man to accept and marry a known provider than a hobbyist. Just because of society's stigma - they need to really love someone to accept them for what they do.

Many successful men have no issue looking past any stigma associated with the industry. It is who you are that matters not a label of judgement that they end up loving. Many professions are stigmatized. Many are covered up casually and the partners still love the same. Regardless of how others feel or question all that matters is the unity and happiness of that couples marriage and how it impacts them.
