and just looked at many hotels and apartments. I would be really grateful if you could tell me location that is in a great area with an affordable price. Thank you so much!
Today's Boston Globe announces the sale that will most likely lead to the destruction of a HOtel near Copley Square that has been the salvation of many an escort who wouldn't otherwise come to Boston because they can't afford the $400+ rates for even a 3 star hotel.
This hotel (Which according to good policy I will not name, but if you've hobbied around Boston for any amount of time you've been in more than a few times.) is no luxury venue, but as the article points out, it was clean and in good repair. I recall it from college days as a place where friends from out of town could come and afford to visit. It even had free parking then (alas no longer.)
I guess all good things pass away, but this one will really leave a lump in my throat, and I don't think I'm alone.
I also fear that more than a few traveling gals who depended on the hotel's excellent location, good service, and low rates may decide to skip our fair city henceforth, and that is indeed sad. It was just a couple of months ago I saw an esteemed Chicago gal there, and wonder if we will ever meet again now.
If the identity of the hotel is still a mystery to you, please PM me.
Have not been there for years but I remember going there often. And yes, the free parking underneath was a good reason to go there. I'm sure the girls who had cars felt the same way.

I really like the Back Bay area which is where Copley Square is. Yes the hotels are a bit pricey at times but if you check back often or try to book far enough in advance from their website with no cancellation fee you can find better prices. The prepay price is sometimes the best deal if you absolutely know you are going. Why not!
you have to trade off cost for a good neighborhood.
Copley Square is the best area for convenience and an interesting neighborhood with lots to see, but expect to pay at least $400 night for even a good 3 star place, especially when the weather is nice. The north end is similar, but hard to get to.
Some gals like the airport area as you get good hotels at good rates, and it is convenient to get to. However, unless you like to watch airplanes take off and land all day, there is nada to do around there.
Some gals like the theater district which isn't too bad for cost, but the area is not the best to walk around and not that convenient for guys to get to.
This leaves the suburbs which have nice hotels fairly cheap, but again, unless you have a car to get around, not much to do during down time.
