I have noticed people like to complain when things do not work smoothly but never say anything when things go well. I had some issues with the link to my website and some wrong info on a review (in regards to the rates) I emailed TER and they could not be more helpful . In less than an hour they replaced the incorrect link to my website with the correct one.
