Sometimes you get bored of reading the same reviews about the same girls, so once in a while I like to adventure out to see girls with no reviews...it's risky, but it's only money.  TER does not offer much in reporting Rip-offs and fake pictures..the Rip-off section only list two incidents this year...any ideas to improve this?

Sure it does!   If you meet the provider, you can post a review.  Rate the provider accordingly and make sure you say at the very beginning of the "General details" section, "Stay away!  This provider uses fake pictures and is a rip-off!"

It's a resource for the guys to get out information.  Whether or not we use it as such, is up to us.
