I'm an asthmatic and when I was young I had alot of problems, but grew out of most of it until about a year ago when I was hospitalized for an attack.  My doctor put me on Advair which you take twice a day and it prevents furthur attacks.  Since I've been on it I haven't even used my albuterol inhaler even once.  Ask your doc about it megan.

At another time in my life, I use to practice medicine.

The best relief and prevention for an asthma attack would be one thing:

"Vigorous chest massage followed by frequent warm fluid injections."

I would be happy to administer both for you at your convienence!

(hehehe)

On a more serious note, please take care of yourself.  This is the season when your condition harms the most people.  Stay warm and dry, take your medicine(s), and be good to yourself.

Warm Regards,
Loarthan

That's the best news I have heard in a long time.  Great to see you back on your own.  And please take care of yourself.  Please get a second or third or fourth opinion to try and get you asthma under control.
