He wasn't even who I was talking about.  There are at least 2, possibly 3 others over the bridge and one possible ghost to boot.

From what I understand this target merely does his thing, keeps to himself and is MUCH LESS of  the person[ality] that everyone thinks.

As members of the local Board I think we should reuce the BS, drama and concentrate on getting a great shag everytime out of the gate.
