(Somebody help me out here ... it's been years since I read Portnoy's Complaint by Philip Roth.)  Portnoy considers a piece of liver in the kitchen, has his way with it and, after the fact, declares, "I fucked dinner!

I think he did it on the way back home from the butcher? I need to reread that book. And "The Breast", also by Roth, where the protagonist thinks he's a giant breast and tries to get the nurse to fuck herself with his nipple/head.
