It depends what you want and where you are: Uncle Charlie's for breakfast Rt 18 S. Weymouth, Lunch is a toss up as there are tons of place but in Abington there is Pizzing's on Bedford Street in Abington. There's Great Chow on Rt 18 in Abington, great buffet. there is Mia Regazza on Rt 18 in Abington as well/

If you like Thai try Siam Lotus on Route 1 in Norwood, it's excelent. Plenty of hotels in the Dedham/Norwood area too.
