I have been slowly getting into the hobby for almost a year now and still have a ton of problems finding newbie-friendly providers. I think the problem is that I look for a girl once every 4-6 months and can't really build any reference list (the ones I have met with travel, change their emails, etc...). And from what I read, even joining P411 may not solve my problems as I would still need to provide references even if I am verified.

Any suggestions/directions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated
