Curious what other people think about implants. I have a beautiful ATF who had a great pair of 32B's which were perfect. I showed up one day to find they were now 34C's. They're still beautiful and look great from a distance but I very much prefer the real thing. I certainly wouldn't say this to the lady but I was pretty disappointed. Any thoughts???

Is the possibility of losing nipple sensitivity. I'd be crushed!  

Sometimes, there is a problem..  My GF had the operation and lost sensitive in her left breast. This was several years ago. Hopefully, medical science has solved this problem
