It's simply not possible to get all of that work done at once. What you are talking about would require weeks or months of visits and follow ups. I know what it's like to fear the dentist but there is no easy way to get that much work done and IV sedation on that regular of a basis may not be all that good of an idea.
I've gotta be honest, lol, it seems to me that if you can run the business you run day in and day out without losing your mind you should be able to get a handle on dealing with the dentist!

I have looked all over the Internet, called Tufts dental school and 1-800 dentist and no one can help me, so I figured I would give it a shot and maybe one of you is a dentist or knows of one that can help me.

I need to find a dentist that does IV sedation for general dentistry. The one and only one that did it was in New Hampshire and he retired.

The valium and pills don't work for me. I am looking for a one shot deal to be put out and get everything done all at once. Fillings, crowns, root canals an implant, porcelain veneers and  invisaline braces all at once. Is this possible?

If anyone knows of any dentist in Ma. or NH. that can do this PLEASE contact me.

Jill:)

Jill,
I'm not positive but try DR Varinos in Peabody, Sedation Dentistry, he's right at the intersection of Rte1 and Lowell st. sorry I don't have the phone #

Thank you,
He is a very nice guy and the last dentist I went to, but they just do the pills and they don't work on me. Even after 7 valium's I was still awake, still coherent and still freaked out, all the pills did was make me so sick that I could not have work done at all.

I hear Mrrobinson has a cousin who is a dentist, perhaps you can work out something with him ?

Call L. David Gassiraro 617.323.2796

If you'd like to try it I know a great dentist just over the Bourne bridge on the cape.  She is as gentle as they come and has been a great help to me.  [email protected]

Sorry i do not know anyone in your area, however I would not recomend, nor do i know anyone who would do all that in one visit. In fact if you find someone who will do all that in one visit DO NOT SEE HIM/HER.

Also be very careful about IV sedation.

Thank You

I found a practice in Waltham. I will have the IV with the root canals first. Next visit will be cavities with the gas. I think I could make it through the cosmetic stuff without being put under if my teeth don't hurt anymore.

It is so funny that I can  have a major operation and take no pain meds, have needles and blood drawn without so much as flinching but going to the dentist is the one thing that scares me more than anything.~ Even more that seeing Capedude naked~! ;) LOL

Me to, but then I see me more often. Maybe the shock has worn off after all these years, somewhat.  Actually, I don't have to pay to see me nude (being a tight ass, lol) and I wear sunglasses in the shower. ;)

Jill I got the veneers done and its quite a process. it takes a few different visits. I had all fillings done prior. They need to take a cast of your teeth after they shave them down to little points. They build them back up with temporary, for about 1~2 weeks. Have to send out the molds to have them made for your mouth. Then it takes a day to finish. Root canal, depending on where and how deep if infected, can be a 2~3 day process so I don't think thats possible I could be wrong though.
I have a great dentist if you want his # pm me and I'll give it to you. Pretty painless, but I don't think he will put you to sleep. If you pay cash and have a lot of work done, hes willing to cut you a deal. Good luck
