When you remove the stimulation like that right after the man passes the point of no return, it's called a "ruined orgasm".  The man ejaculates but doesn't achieve a full release of sexual energy.  It leaves him feeling really frustrated.  There are submissive guys who are really into that, especially those who are into chastity play, tease and denial, and so on.  The other thing about a RO is that the refractory period afterwards is about as close to zero as it gets.  Notice the guy doesn't get soft afterwards.  A Domme can do a bunch of these in relatively quick succession, like five or ten minutes apart.
