For first bookings, I prefer: Introduction (I then ask them to fill out a form on my site or email me the info requested if they haven't already) Form email or verification (to which I respond with either we can set an appointment or not, I don't like no response) Call or txt to tell location Call or txt for room And then I always send a thank you email. (It's how I was raised). For subsequent: "When are you available", setup a date Call or txt location Call or txt room C'est tout.

I like how you send a thank you email after your appointment. I wish more would do that. I usually send a thank you text to the provider after my appointment as I was raised that way too.
