Cynicism isn't honesty- its just cynicism.  Cynicism *is* however both unpleasant and toxic.
This business is proliferated with cynics....and I sidestep them at every opportunity.

I often become attracted to ladies who "Post" without needing
to read her reviews or visit her website.

Do you ever find a hobbyist or provider with a cool since of humor
and knowledge of the hobby and send him/her a "PM" to flirt or request
for a date based on their board persona?

Your thoughts if any?

Sometimes someone appears with a really fucking cool, real & approachable sense of humor and I will PM them just to give them props for bringing it to the boards which are often devoid of smart humor, unique perspective or just plain honesty
(some people confuse honesty for cynicism).

I'm not so much interested in meeting that person  for appointments because great writing doesn't necessarily translate into passion- but I am often compelled to get to know that person for a "hobby friendship" where we communicate and possibly meet socially to shoot the shit about all the craziness in this subculture that we mutually see for just what it is.

I just assume that most idealist end up diasspointed. I'm gonna stick with shaw over carlin on that one. Ideology killed more people than cynicism ever did. Though cynicism has mustered and or delayed some great ideas over time. People are toxic cynics as whole are not...saying that would be a general assessment and that ideology could be unfair..like all bodybuilders do steroid and therfore they all have small balls and road rage...its probably true and what we all think when we see them but it is cynical nonetheless .
All business's have cynics not just this community avoid them at your own risk, one may have been very helpful if he or she was given the chance...interesting how you never know till you open your mind to new opinions. I could end up a liberal democrat someday...(lol not likely, ) there goes that cynicism again! Damn

I wanna fuck any girl who can quote George Carlin.  Are you running any specials next week? HA!

There are a few guys I've seen, who I normally wouldn't have based on the reviews they've written, because I don't think we're a good match based on their choices, or because their presence on the board made me believe they were gossips and such.  Seeing their reactions to board issues, humorous postings, posts about what they are like or enjoy in bed... all have an effect.  You kinda see what kind of person they're portraying so yeah, perception changes.  It gives you an idea if you're going to be a good provider/hobbyist match.  Kinda part of the point of screening.

So yeah, sometimes seeing a guy you think might be an issue post on the board shows them as a real person and makes you open up to seeing them.  Do I hook up with a guy who I think is cool on the boards but I have no idea about him, such as age, his style in bed, penis size, looks, hygiene, etc... just for fun? Um. Not really.

Would any of us girls PM a guy saying "Hi! I saw you on the board today and you were so adorable the way you said (xyz)!  Wanna come pound me off the clock at 4pm?" Likely not going to happen.  I'd definitely go have drinks for fun with the person, but that's just to see if I wanna hook up with them, and yep, that's happened.

BUT that's not really the purpose of the board.  Matching hobbyists with providers is sort of the point as far as your question goes.

Now, answering your actual question, do we wanna fuck you just for your personality? HA! How many girls (civilian or provider) would YOU wanna hook up with sight unseen? Regardless of how sweet, smart, or awesome she is?

It happens although not often.

I am absolutely not talking about any OTC time.

I was just saying there maybe a curiosity factor and
that you would like a paid session with a particular hobbyist/provider
due to their board persona.

Not so much their reviews and/or pics.

I thought you meant just as a hook up.  I've met with a TER guy just for drinks because he seemed cool.  I can see where that would happen.

I'd feel weird contacting a guy from the board and asking him to make an appointment with me

but I would prefere it if people would not abuse my time, as ingaging with message chat can be time consuming and I have a profession outside escorting.

To be fair on the provider I suggest you book her in order to eperience and enjoy her sense of humour

absolutely she is to be paid for her time.

Sorry for confusion. Did not want to be an OTC thread. LOL

I think I recently touched on that topic. Haha
