Recently I found myself browsing the ads on boston.backpage.com, and i found quite a lot I found interesting.  For example, this: http://boston.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts/latin-sexy-girl-in-back-bay-25/3777108 .

Can anyone share the potential risk in responding to ads like this, where the provider is not reviewed here?

A tineye search shows that woman in those pics is a Brazilian actress named Juliana Knust.

No way that girl from the ad is the one who answers the door. With all the girls who have been reviewed here, there's no reason to go to roll the dice on BP. I've seen a few legit providers (from here) on BP, but it's really no different than CL. That ad was for $250. For $230 you see a girl with good reviews at Roomservice. Or other options if you prefer.

But the odds are not always on your side on BP or CV.

Learn to search pictures on www.tineye.com and you will see how many other sites that a lot of these ladies or who they work for, download the images from all over the world. So you wont recognize them.

Majority of these look to good to be true, and they definitly are.

You could find this behind the door, and her 6'7" boyfriend waiting to "collect" your tribute.  

As others have pointed out, the ad is using stolen pictures. This means that at a bare minimum, under the best case scenario, you will walk in the door to find someone other than who you expected.

For $250, and even less, there are a TON of well-reviewed and totally legitimate providers in metro Boston who are exactly as their pictures depict. Just use the review search feature and see what I mean.
