I am a VIP member and pay every month to use this service....however, even when I am logged in and the system acknowledges that I am logged in, I can only access about half of the "VIP" info in the reviews. I remain blocked from randomly about half at any given time...it says "VIP Members Only".
I have emailed to TER repeatedly about this, no real response. I am getting really tired of only getting about half of what I pay for.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
