I am sure there is a Russian Bostonian that is active in the trade but i have not come across her yet.  Let me know if you find one.  I do know from personal experience of a couple in NYC, the best being Alayna of Julies of NYC.  See reviews, she is first rate and won't leave you penniless.

Her name is Elanya, and she's AWESOME, by reputation.  They also have some Hungariand and other Eastern Europeans, all w/great reviews.
