I saw MacKenzie once.  She has a great body although the breasts are heavily augmented.  Her face is average in appearance.  I had a very pleasant time with her.  She speaks french with a translator and she will let you speak french to her as well.  I don't know if she speaks any other languages.  I wouldn't call her a GFE but she is very nice.  Of course YMMV.
