Does anyone know anything about a young blonde named Katie.  A single recent review of her sounds too good to be true....I just don't trust it.

Yep. I had the same reaction. And the review has no email or telephone for her. When you click on the web site link you find that you need to pay $15 in order to get her contact information. Sounds like a scam to me.
