I am new to this and I have learned that no provider will see you without a reference. How can you get a reference without seeing someone. I will answer any questions anyone wants to know. I am willing to offer half donation before meeting through paypal. Any sugetions please.  thankyou

You might consider joining one of the verification sites like Date-Check or Preferred411. You only need to give out your information once, and there are plenty of ladies on the sites who will see you. Also, go to the newbies board, (on the left hand side of this page) and do a search for references. If you still have questions, that is the place to ask. There is a wealth of information there, and a group of very helpful people.
