This is the second time this has happened to me (though the other time with EC)so I'm spouting now. It's now 3:00 pm. I had an appointment set with a girl from CatRun at Noon at an area about 40 miles from my place (I live in the boonies, so have tp travel to make it any kind of convenient to get a provider.) So it's a half hour's drive to the general area and Franky told me to call at 11:00 to confirm and she would give me the hotel. So I call at 11:00. No answer, I left message with name # number. Called at 11:30...no answer, left name & number. Called at 11:45. No answer, left name and number. Called at 12:00. No answer. Left name & number and said "Please call back and at least let me know what's going on. It's now 3:10 and I haven't heard back from Franky. Is this any way to run a business???? Especially when the web page boasts of new and BETTER???
Anybody else have similar experiences?

I think being stood up has happened to just about everyone on both sides of the coin,it is too bad people hold themselves unaccountable in this business.

Well, as a person that has been stood up by provider, girlfriend, wife, mistress and drinking buddies.......... $hit happens.... I know it's hard, but get the facts before you explode. And, if it's BS, then explode like hell lol
