Well the provider was listed under both agencies and I heard a rumor that the companies were related. Not positive on that, just what I heard from a fellow hobbyist.
Happened Tuesday. I didn't list all of the details but I did make more than 1 phone call on this. Again, just me saying something.
Luckily there was another girl not too far away that had an opening. Told her the story and I just hope that nobody was in the next room. She thought it was bull too. Was very vocal about it.
Thanks Camille, I know I'm probably burning some bridges here. Just felt like I needed to say something. I'll stick with BellaDonna and the girl that was able to accommodate me on short notice.
Thanks for reading all that have.
Have a good one. Lets go Bruins.
Let me start by saying that if a provider doesn't want to see me that is 100% ok. We all have to feel comfortable/safe. That is just normal to me.
Why I'm calling for the boycott is that I called to book an appointment (provided was on Eros under both companies) one day. They gave me time options and I chose the one that worked best for me. Was told to call back 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm. Did that as I was driving in to Boston. Still good to go. Call at my scheduled time to get the info and was told that she didn't want to see me as I was a first timer for her and that she didn't want to do it. Again, that is ok with me. What isn't is being able to make the appointment, confirm the appointment 30 minutes before, only to be told at the time of the appointment that I wasn't acceptable. Tell me that from the beginning and everything is cool. I had used MC, but it had been a while (maybe 5 years) and they didn't have a record of it. Gave them my TER handle and told them I was whitelisted. Still no go.
If nobody boycotts that's cool, stick with what you got, but I had to say something. I'm Mr. Laidback, but that ain't right.
Thanks for listening/reading.
that was not cool for them to do that, they should have been honest to begin with.you got my vote.
I know that suck that happend to me once i drove about hour. i know how you feel my friend it just suck all day.it was belladonna hey i moved on there is lot of nice lady out there don't loose sleep over it just my 2c.
Are you talking about MC or Flawless? Both are top-notch agencies. Do you know who you were dealing with? These are two different agencies.
You don't seem to have taken much time to call back the agency, and you don't seem very laid-back. How long ago did you have this problem, a few weeks, less than 24 hours...or are you still driving home?
i never had problem with m-c or flaw they are great agen i been hobby for about 18years but never had problem good luck next time.

For the record, I wouldn't call Flawless a "top notch agency". They have a couple of great girls, but Flawless and MC are two completely different animals.
I'll bet the guy with the appointment before you wanted to extend his time and you got the PFO (Please F-Off).
Wouldn't they have tried the old "She's running late, can you wait an hour?" or something more believable given the confirmation 30 minutes earlier. "There's a (plumbing; electrical; security; cockroach) problem at the hotel that should be cleared up in an hour or so. Can you wait?" "Yes, you can wait? Oh, she was hoping you'd say no. In that case, they won't get the problem solved until tomorrow so she can't see you anyway."
HOWEVER, I've got to add that I'd rather have a cancellation than a lackluster, disappointing, waste of MORE time, waste of money session.
It does seem like a lot of work on the hobbist side. As such, I tend to stay with those I have worked with over the years and not have to deal with verification - TBD, RS, BI, AD, Nina's (years ago - not sure what will happen when I try and see them again). I tried to use RS for verification but they don't keep record (good thing I guess) and they have you call right before the Indy is going to call and go by voice or phone number or somthing. Another Indy (from AD) didn't want to call AD because they worked there before. So with that in mind I usually figure if I read enough reviews I can find someone from one of those agencies to see. Just my two cents. Still want to see Camille tho,
so might have to make an exception.
Sorry about your situation last week - I'm sure many of us have had "hiccups" like this over the years. I've had a few but usually due to a misunderstandign that was easily cleared up. But I wanted to chime in - ironically I called Flawless last evening for a last minute appointment with Lauren. Brian was great, helpful - even though I hadn't used flawless in several years.
So I agree with the others - I don't think a boycott of flawless is warranted.
that you speak with the agency first. Maybe they'd be willing to somewhat compensate you for your time. It could have been a case of them just not knowing that the provider didn't want to see new clients until the last minute. If thats the case I don't know if thats reason for a boycott. Did they at least apologize to you? I don't think that they had any reason for trying to screw you over because thats money out of their pockets.
That agency has an excellent reputation. What you are proposing might be a tough sell. I do sympathize with you however.
They apologized. It's all good now. Just wanted to get it out there and see if it happened to anyone else. I know my little rant wouldn't stop anyone.
There was one particular provider who I believe (this is my suspicion and it has in no way been confirmed) was hedging her bets by attempting to work for two agencies at the same time. I too tried to make an appointment with this provider through Flawless and then M/C and was told that the provider was not reachable to confirm the booking.
In my experience MC and Flawless are totally separate agencies. I think this one provider managed to blur this line with her double dealings. She was on my must see list and due to the drama she has been bumped off of it.
