You sound perfectly reasonable in your complaints, nothing ranty at all. Would you care to name names?

I understand that things happen and sometimes plans don't work out. Nobody should have a problem with that. But if you cancel out (especially when it involves a whole agency) then please make an effort to let your clients with upcoming appointments know about it so they can avoid the frustration getting to the area (and trying to get in touch with the agency but not hearing back), not to mention maybe they can make other plans. Everybody's time is valuable.
This may look like a rant to some but believe me it's not. It's rather just some constructive criticism and I hope it's taken as such.

The girls deserve their good reviews, but the agency tasks of this group have not been so hot.  I wanted to book during their second tour and had a bad/rude phone-experience.  The girl on the phone was one of the lovely ladies, so I let it go and did not complain.  Did not book either :-(

My $0.02, also intended as constructive criticism: let the girls do what they do best, and let someone else do phone duty/scheduling/booking/agency-type-stuff.

Agreed. The girls seem very talented so just do that and leave the administrative things to someone else more suited to that. Also, concerning upcharges. They have a right to charge whatever they want but they should list those fees on their website so clients know what they are in for.
