Been wondering on when is it to best see a visiting provider.  When she just started, that way she's still fresh and horny?  Or when she's already settled.

I wouldn't overthink this, because there is no general rule.  If a provider is a professional, and is not overworked, she should be able to give you a good experience on her first day or last day in town.  While we all want the fantasy of a provider who is into it, someone with 68 reviews should realize that you will never know if she is "horny" or not.  She is providing an experience, not satisfying her desires.

Personally, I try to avoid the first half day and the last day of a visitor's tour (if I can), for practical reasons.  If she is coming in at 1:00 PM and you have an appointment at 3:00 PM, chances are that either her flight or hotel check-in will be delayed, and your appointment won't start on time.  If the agency is good at communication, this can be OK.  Or not.  I also think that no matter how good an actress she is, by the last day of a 4 or 5 day tour, she may be tired, or sore or have had an experience that has changed her mood for the worse.  This is less likely with an experienced provider, but it can happen.

Like filmat said above, if she is proffessional any time and any day will be the best it is whatever works for you and your schedule.

it really shouldn't make a damn bit of difference. If she's really good, and really professional, she should be on top of her game all day long. Maybe I've just been lucky, but the few less than stellar experiences that I've had, I don't think can be attributed to the time of day.

Let's assume that the provider is a stellar performer when it comes to her own covert practices.  But it can't be ruled out that some of her visitors might carry themselves nervously past a hawk-eyed receptionist or peak the curiosity of a nosy maid.  So, doesn't the risk of detection get greater with each passing day of the provider's visit?  Isn't "the sooner the better" a wise motto?

And I've heard several woman say they "heat up" as the day(s) goes by when on tour.  

Second, while some country mice might be nervous passing the reception desk, us city mice have done it lots of times, and we know how to act as if we belong.  If it makes you feel better, wear a jacket and tie and carry a computer case (not a briefcase, nobody uses them any more).  You will look just like all the other 40-year-old consultants and the desk clerk at 4:00 PM will assume you went out at 7:00 AM, before her/his shift started.  If you make eye contact (and there is no need to do this), just smile and nod and head for the elevator.  If she/he sees you, she/he will say "Good afternoon, sir", and you can nod as if that's what you expect.

Third, have a ready response if you are questioned.  You are meeting your work colleague in their hotel room; you are going to a job interview; you are going to the IBM/Fidelity/Realtor's Association meeting; you are doing advance work for the IBM/Fidelity/Realtor's Association meeting.

Fourth, the maids already know.  It's the provider's responsibility to deal nicely with the maids.

Fifth, have you ever been approached by suspicious hotel staff?  I've been doing this about once a month for about 10 years and I have not.  So I think that the risk of specific, actionable detection, that anyone cares about, does not go up each day.  Still, it's wise to be prepared for anything.
