Does anyone know if touring models are welcoming in Hartford? Where would I post on TER I don't see a section for Hartford, and on the guide, I put the ad under Boston? Any thoughts would be great!

Well, I can't speak for how welcome you'd be in Hartford, but I can say that Hartford is in Connecticut which is included in the New England board.  

This question has been asked before so:  I'd say that "New England" as far as TER is concerned includes most of the northeast of the U.S. - Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Maine.
