I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to all of the clients who felt they were "duped" by me last week with Amina. She will not be returning with us.

I have implemented strict new policies and rules when accepting  ladies to represent. It will now guarantee  that the lady in the picture is exactly the same person who answers the door and that the stats posted on my website are true and accurate.

I represent ladies of all ages and races.

There is no need to lie and tell me you are Indian and can speak Punjabi only for me to find out that you are African American and not even one iota of Indian (as in the case of Amina).
Please do not tell me you are 26 when in actuality you are 46, or say you are 23 when you are only 19. Please do not tell me you weigh 125lbs when you really weight 160lbs.
Do not tell me you are new to the business, only for me to find out that you really have been working for years and just changed your name , so I would not be able to find your terrible reviews on TER.
Don't tell me you are a GFE, only for me to find out that you are not even close to a GFE.
Do not send me blurred pictures and say they are you, only for me to get a phone call from the Lawyers at Playboy threatening to sue me for using unauthorized pictures of one of their modes on an escort website.

None of this will be tolerated anymore.  
From now on, if the lady who steps off the plane is not who I am expecting, she will be told then and there that she can turn around and get back on the Plane and go home. Sorry if this seems harsh, but I will not lie to my clients.

Again, I am truly sorry for the incident last week, it will not be happening again.

the same problem exists with pictures posted on eros boston or other websites. what to do? people will lie to make money.

I definitely feel your pain. There are a lot of girls who misrepresent themselves in this business, and I've fallen victim to it myself on occasion. I don't have issues with fake pics (I have them all meet with my photographer), but I've certainly had issues with them telling me they're GFE when they're not. The sad part is that they'll just change their name and move on, but we have to live with it.

I am surprised by one thing though. I really would have thought you at least met the new ladies before representing them for just such reasons. At least to get some quick Current pics and if she looks like her own pics then go with those.

Are you saying that you never saw this young lady before asking her to meet your clientele?  Though I admire your honesty it doesn't build my confidence in your agency or screening process.

Jill we had this girl send us some very sexy photos we put them on our website and had booked her six appointments before she even got to Boston. We she got off the plane if you had seen this woman at the beach you would have helped pull her back into the ocean.  I called every client who had booked and five of the cancled. those who know me thought i was going to have a stroke. we have all been duped.

Congratulations. You've discovered the American Dream. Making money and doing nothing to earn it.

If you haven't been qualifying girls and making an effort before sending them out, you've already been lying to your clients. Only difference is now we know your agency has no integrity and can't be trusted.

Not all agencies are willing to do that, and I'm glad you've made stricter rules because now we'll all feel secure!

A mistake was made and you can out and admitted it, that show that you have a lot of respect for you clients, How many times have we seen politician, big companies, make a mistake and do their best to put a spin on it so it's not their fault. Then in the long run it was their mistake. You can out and admitted it , fixed it. Congrats to you for being one of the few people who have the guts to do that.


I have to say that I have never had a problem with your ladies, I know that you are trying to bring in new ladies for the Boston Gentleman all the time and you have doing a great job at it. Yes sometime you get a bad apple, but it's life.

Jill, I think most of us who have worked with you over a long time realize that you're the best in the business.  But, this is a business with no ironclad guarantees.  I appreciate all the (reasonable) steps you take to insure safety and value.  That's what keeps me coming back.  Keep up the good work!

Charlie and Alias, I do my best to "interview" the ladies before they arrive.
I ask for a picture of their photo ID, (If they send me a fake ID I have no way of knowing till they get here).
I tineye their pictures, but sometimes nothing comes up.
I check out their reviews but if they tell me they are new to the business (and I know how much you guys all love "New to the business girls".) I have no way to check their reviews, so I just have to go on their word.
I call their former employers if I can. (If they say they were with MC for example, I just have to take their word for it as I can't contact them since they are no longer around).
I do a full backround check on each potential girl to make sure she has no outstanding warrants, arrests, etc.

The only thing I don't do is meet them in person till they get here. Come on now, I am not going to fly someone all the way here, just for an in person interview. Someone has to answer the phones, I just can't shut down and go to the airport in the morning to interview girls when they get off a plane. That doesn't make any sense. It would be a safe bet that there is not a single service that will fly a girl in just for an interview either.

I have a few regular clients that will always be the first to see a new visiting girl and report back to me, but when I ask how she was and they say she was nice but don't say anything else, I have no way of knowing the full truth till I meet the girl later that night.

My driver does see the girl when she arrives and tells me if she looks like the pictures, but if the pictures are blurred, you can't really tell.

What has happened in the past was the driver told me she doesnt look like her pictures at all, so I get on the phone to question her and then she starts crying saying she has no money to get home and can she please stay just to make enough money to get home, with promises of doing a good job, etc. I am a softie and always feel bad so I just say ok, we will see how it goes.
If she is good, I will try to get her to the photographer asap, or that night I will personally come take some pictures.( example Stacy).
If she is not very good, as in the Amina case, I let them stay till they can make enough money to fly home and try to warn all my clients when they call. Thats the best I can do.
From now on however I will warn the potential girls a few times that if the pictures and description are not them, no more softie. They will be getting back on the plane to go home then and there.

The local girls are always met in person by me, (except for Sarah, with her school and limited availability). I have yet been able to meet her since she only stays till 4:30 and only is available 1 day a week. With girls like Sarah I have the clients I trust tell me if she is good. If a local I diddnt have the chance to meet yet lies, its no big deal, she gets sent home that same day.

Thats the best I can do. If any of you feel unsafe with the ladies I represent, then by all means, go somewhere else. No need to use an alias to be nasty and to try and trash me because you feel I am not doing my job correctly or that I am not trying to keep be honest and keep my clients safe.

I've never had a deceitful experience at RSG. I’ve liked some girls more than others, but I’ve never felt ripped off in any way. It’s not like most businesses and an honest effort like you get at RSG is actually pretty unusual, as anybody who looks at Eros could tell you.

I got burned seeing one girl before RSG had time to take pictures, or do any kind of quality control.  The ad text, also supplied by the provider was as misleading as the out-of date photos.

Will be interesting to see how this new policy pans out.

It takes a lot of courage and rectitude to publicly do what you did. I applaud you for it.

I'm an out of state visitor who just saw one of Jill's superstars today (Carmen), and let me tell you, I appreciate how above board Jill runs her business. Yes, it takes a ton of guts to publicly make an announcement like she did, and I'll be honest in saying that it was the reason I booked with her. One of the absolute best decisions I've made. Review of Carmen to follow very soon. Damn, what an excellent afternoon!

I guess I misinterpreted your initial post:  I thought you implied that 'Amina' had reviews on TER under another name (but you apparently were talking about another former employee).  I was curious who that might be so as to be able to avoid her.

yea thanks for clearing that up, I was one of the guy saw her and got fooled by the pics. She does have a good looking face but much heavier compare to the pics. When I ask her about the tattoos, she lied to me and said those were tattoo stickers. I didn't report back because overall she is nice, and I wasn't sure you know about her, and this is the first time it happened.
