Just wanted to say you are right and nobody should leave whatever they want or feel the need the negotiate. Your site is clear on that and the rate is very fair.

It's not like going to church, where you can put what you want in the collection plate. (OK, it's like a house of worship in many other ways ....)

You shouldn't have to be like non-negotiable in your ads or your site for guys like that to realize your stated donation is not just a suggestion.
I'm guessing they are leaving the donation on the way out when the date is over or...?  
Trust but verify before playtime (and NOOOOO for anyone calls themselves trying jump on me I am NOT insisting that she count it in front of them).
