many offer island trips for an additional $100 .... most times that has kept me from partaking. I'd need to be sure it would be a successful tour for the extra bucks.

I typically ask for $200. If it is somebody I know really well I occasionally drop it to $100 or $150. I do it in one hour appointments and don't require advanced notice, but I expect the client to be respectful and slow initially.

Except that she may get responses there that she wouldn't get here. There are ladies who offer this service without advertising and who might have some insight into the question.

...then there should be no "official" up charge for that specifically. If you don't enjoy it yourself, then maybe not make it something you add to your menu. If you are part of the fan club- then go girl! Identifying specific services for alternate rates vs your normal rates could potentially get you in hot water. I feel like I'm one of the few that genuinely enjoys the act, so my considerations are the same whether we are out for a night on the town for 4 hours or speaking Greek for 4 hrs (well... You know what I mean) ...but that's not to say that those who appreciate and enjoy PSE shouldn't leave a little extra "thank you". Gestures like that go a long way & show their gratitude in maybe more of an organic nature instead of a blatant exchange. Although the situation already involves paying for services, I like to imagine that the lady really does want to be with me.  By adding a cost to specific activities it makes it even more businesslike and mechanical.  I say, if something isn't enjoyable, adding money to it won't make it enjoyable.  Either you enjoy it or you don't and I don't want you to suffer through something for an additional $ because knowing that you're going through the motions makes it feel like a waste of time and money.  I like the idea of adding services for added time rates (1.5 hr+) then it would have a more personal appeal.  Just my 2 cents...
