I tried via text and email a couple of weeks ago but got no response. I never used the agency before, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Either way; not good.

Same. I'm mildly concerned that it was a phishing expedition by Johnny Law, so I didn't respond.

I am sure that this is all very frustrating for both sides being impacted, and everyone is being extra careful.  I hope some smart people figure out a way around this that is better than SW, and real soon.

When you say what was formerly GFB what do you mean? Looks to me like their same old site is up. I also noticed they now have two different numbers on their site...

The site was gone for a couple of weeks then came back. They probably made some changes to how they worded thing under the new law, but not sure.  Glad to see them back.
