How do I post a review seem a little lost

Go to the home page - then at the top look for the heading "reviews", use you mouse and click on the radio button - that will take you to the review page - look down on the left side of the page to the heading that states "submit a review".

The difficult part is when you write one to have it accepted and then get an answer from the web master why they did not submit it
