People do such things for various reasons. For some it's another form of watching pornography, others are sincerely trying to verify what is listed on TER and your website. Maybe just want to make sure that they hear it from you (didn't want to use "the horse's mouth" analogy but you know what I mean) before taking a plunge or verify that these indeed are the prices you charge. Because you'd be surprised how many providers list one price and when you appear tentative about seeing them tell you another. And yes many respectable TER providers do it too
